Tosyalı Yapı Çelik’s production facility is located in the Hatay Dörtyol Industrial Zone, covering 28,072 m² of open area and 20,747 m² of enclosed space. Our production area is structured around three main halls, encompassing raw material intake, production processes, and finished goods storage zones.
The facility houses a natural gas-fired reheating furnace measuring 29 meters in length and 6.7 meters in width, with a heat treatment capacity of up to 1,200 °C. With an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons, this furnace ensures continuous production with high efficiency.
Our rolling mill, equipped with a dual-line production system, is capable of producing plain and deformed reinforcing steel in diameters ranging from 8 mm to 32 mm at a rolling speed of 14 m/s. The production line includes two 72-meter-long cooling beds and a packaging unit integrated in both directions, allowing bars up to 12 meters in length to be bundled in accordance with standards.
